Payment & Membership Policies
Memberships are non-refundable.
Memberships automatically renew each month until canceled.
Discounted monthly memberships require a minimum commitment of four (4) consecutive monthly payments.
After the initial four-month commitment has been fulfilled, memberships may be canceled by emailing CedarRiverYogaSchool@gmail.com at least 14 days before your next billing date.
If you cancel your discounted membership, that promotional rate is no longer available and cannot be reinstated.
Memberships may be placed on hold after 4 consecutive months has been completed, in accordance with our hold policy (up to 8 weeks, once a year), by submitting a request at least 14 days before your next billing date.
Request should include what day you want it to start up again and billing will continue.
Refunds are not issued for unused membership time, missed classes, or previous billing periods.

The discounted monthly membership rate is offered in exchange for a minimum commitment of four (4) consecutive monthly payments.
If you choose to cancel before completing the initial four-month commitment, Cedar River Yoga will require payment of the lesser of:
The remaining monthly payments due under the four-month commitment; or
The difference between the discounted membership rate and the regular month-to-month membership rate for each month the discounted rate was received. Regular monthly price is $135.
Once any required balance has been paid, your membership will remain active through the end of the period covered by those payments. Membership benefits will continue as normal until the expiration date and will then terminate automatically.
Unused membership time is non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be converted into class packages, account credit, or cash value.
Class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Packages may have a one-year expiration date and must be used within the designated timeframe.
If package is set to expire, you may purchase the minimum equal amount of classes in a package and roll expiring classes over to the new package total.
Annual memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Annual memberships cannot be placed on hold, paused, extended, or prorated for any reason, including but not limited to injury, illness, travel, scheduling conflicts, or lack of use or motivation.
Introductory offers are non-refundable.
Introductory offers cannot be paused or extended.
The three-week introductory period begins with your first class.
