While fulfilling her role as a Cardiac Cath Lab nurse and navigating the challenges of being a new mom, Camay constantly battled with stress and anxiety. Seeking relief, she decided to attend a hot yoga class, and from that moment onward, she was hooked. She observed that after each session, she experienced a heightened sense of calm and balance. Now, as a compassionate and devoted yoga instructor and forever student, she aims to make yoga approachable for all who are curious, empowering individuals to embrace yoga as a tool for self-discovery. With a warm and welcoming approach, Camay creates an environment of belonging within the practice. Having personally experienced the transformative power of yoga during a pivotal moment in her own life, Camay is eager to share the practices that brought her balance. She approaches her practice with a mindset of continuous learning and growth.

Hi! I’m Erika. I am a transplant from the East Coast. We moved from MD to WA nearly a decade ago and we love the rain and tall trees. I’ve been a dedicated yoga practitioner for almost 12 years and a 200hr certified instructor since 2015. I tried to find yoga many times when I was younger and it didn’t stick, but when it finally did, it changed my life, and that’s why I became an instructor. I enjoy continuously learning and growing as an instructor and practitioner. I have many hobbies, but my favorite is probably baking. I am a gluten free baker and relish that people (usually) can’t tell! I can’t wait to see you on the mat!

Breath has always been a gateway for Mary. It is where her yoga path began and what she still follows today. Her interest is in guiding others into the subtle body and helping you to connect to your greatest untapped resource; your breath.

Breath keeps Mary centered and grounded while holding a passion for helping others get comfortable in the sometimes not-so-comfortable world of self-discovery and reflection you find through your breath.

Over 15 years as a dedicated practitioner, she has found strength and resilience in yoga, navigating life's twists and turns. Faustine is not just a practitioner but also a lifelong learner, constantly seeking new avenues for growth and understanding within the practice.

Suji has a keen passion for kinesiology, anatomy and the fascial world. Specializing in orthopedic bodywork she balances her love of teaching to students and patients through manual and movement therapy. Her first introduction to yoga was 23 years ago when she practiced a korean style called, Dahn Hak which means primal vital energy. Hatha yoga soon entered her life and transformed her perspective that discomfort is magical and helps us grow. This focused and disciplined practice had her feeling exhilarated and whole, unlike any other forms of sports or exercise which was a constant pursuit to feel connected. To assist others in finding this embodiment she pursued getting her teaching certification and knows this is her committed life passion. Guiding others to unlock their own sense of confidence, mobility, connection and Self.
Her yoga practice ignites her other need of being surrounded by nature in all the ways, mountains, rivers, trails, running, hiking, biking, tripping, learning, and being. Which feeds her other joy of wildcrafting and making her own herbal medicines.

Kayla hopes to create the kind of welcoming and supportive environment that she experienced herself as a beginning student. Her approach includes using intentional and thoughtful language, as well as meeting people where they are or where they choose to be.
