🕊️ We kindly request online registration or cancellation by 9pm the night before all 6 & 7am classes (including zoom).

If there are no registrations, class will be cancelled at 9PM the night before.

Please Note: Zoom will be cancelled if there are no in studio sign ups. You will receive a message if this is the case.
