Between the falling leaves and rain drops, is us settling into the depths of Autumn. As we adjust to the cooler temps and darker evenings, we too are reminded of gratitude. NOVEMBER COMMUNITY CLASS: YOGA NIDRA WITH KEVIN (Sunday 11/10 at 6:30pm & Wednesday 11/20 at 8pm)
Yoga Nidra, often referred to as yogic sleep, is an immensely powerful meditation technique, and one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. Rest comfortably in savasana as you journey through the layers of self via guided systematic meditation, breath awareness, and mental imagery. Leave with a sense of wholeness, wonder, liberation, & a profound state of relaxation.
$10 a session

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 1ST: TEACHER TRAINING BEGINS WITH JESSICA & NICOLE
We celebrate and well-wish our teacher trainees as they begin their journey into deeper clarity of the Ghosh lineage of Hatha yoga! Trainees will be provided a foundational understanding into yoga philosophy and history alongside a study of anatomy as it relates to yoga asana.

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 9TH: ADVANDING HATHA YOGA WITH JESSICA
Join us for a special 2 hour class! You do not have to be "advanced" to take this class. Students will be led safely in the direction of deeper, more challenging poses to explore the next level of what they are curious about or already working on in class. Come have fun and play! We will explore back bends, spinal flexions, inversions, arm balances, and more.
1:45 - 3:45pm | $25 in advance, $30 day of

-NEW CLASSES
SOMATIC DANCE & HEALING YOGA: SUNDAYS AT 9AM
A fusion between yoga and dance tuned into the most delightful, transformational music from around the world. This class will take you on a journey of awareness, opening your heart, body, & spirit to access peace of mind, clarity, & a new perspective. Prioritize your wellness & balance in every day life with some of the most holistic practices including Emotional Freedom Techniques, crystals, crystal bowls, & tuning forks.

POWER VINYASA: MONDAYS AT 8PM
Power Vinyasa incorporates asana Flow and pairs it with a sense of play & determination! It's a full-body workout that combines cardio and strength training; a good way to burn calories! You'll move, work hard, try new things, all the while mastering skills you've been working on like stretching, strengthening, muscle engagement, endurance, sculpting, toning, & flexibility. Power Vinyasa is fast-paced & energetic style of yoga, so give yourself space & grace to do your best!

FOUNDATIONS OF YOGA: SUNDAYS AT 11AM
(Beginners Yoga!) Exercises & postures will be taught with functional movements for students to attempt poses. Variations & modifications for students at any level will be offered. Movements will be clearly explained with emphasis on clarity of how to move and engage your body safely & confidently.

-ZOOM CLASSES
We are currently offering select scheduled classes at 6am & 12pm to have live-streaming options so that we can be here for you at home, on vacation, or wherever you may be! Please check the MindBody schedule for class options, instructions, and other details & updates. Virtual Students will be emailed a Zoom link to join class. Please remember to mute your microphones! Please note that Zoom will be cancelled if there are no in-studio sign ups. Thank you for your patience & understanding as we maneuver these new virtual endeavors!

-11am Sunday classes are back!
-6am Early Bird classes with Kayla are also returning! These class times are offered on Mondays & Wednesdays. We kindly request online registration or cancellation by 9pm the night before a 6am class, including Zoom. (Please Note: Zoom will be cancelled if there are no in-studio sign ups.) If there are no registrations, class will be canceled at 9PM the night before. This will help us serve our growing community with more precision. We appreciate your understanding & compliance!

-Our library full of wisdom in the forms of rentable manuals, books, CDs, & other literature and media is at your finger tips! Please feel free to browse through our literature & media and seek knowledge. Ask us how to rent and take items home for your exploration! Two week rent time, with option to re-rent. (And enjoy our complimentary tea from our tea cart!)

-The 2nd classroom is available for rent & the available schedule is starting to fill up! We utilize this intimate space for workshops & special events, and it is now open for private lessons, 1-on-1s, trainings, & other collaborations and rentable space options! Please inquire with one of the Jess's if you have any questions, suggestions, or would like to schedule something with us.
